THE VINEYARD
In 2009, Addison Farms Vineyard planted the first acre of what is planned to be a 10 acre vineyard. The vineyard has expanded a little each year, currently at 5 acres. It is at an elevation between 2250′ and 2300′. As of April 2014, we have six varieties in the vineyard: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Petit Verdot, and Petit Manseng.
